We produce concrete to customer specifications, within our purpose built rapid concrete plant, which is fueled by electricity, from our wind turbine, and is capable of manufacturing approximately 56.00 cube per hour, of high quality concrete using our own washed concrete sand and aggregates. In addition, we can offer Re-gen (GGBS) mixture of 50% to reduce landfill, and further reduce our carbon footprint. Regen Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) is a cement substitute, manufactured from by-product of the iron-making industry. Using one ton of Regen in concrete reduces the embodied Co2 by around 900kg, compared to using one ton of cement, and increases its durability. Regen is more sustainable than other cement substitutes. Regen conforms to BS EN 15167-1 (Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag) for use in concrete. Low embodied Co2 , Produces low Co2 Concrete, No Mineral extraction, Reduces Landfill, Meets your criteria for sustainable Construction. It is durable and will last longer in aggressive environments. Regen is a cost effective method of making more sustainable and durable concrete.
